1. ELIGIBILITY

Who Can Participate

  • All individuals with an active VIP Membership with FASTer Way

  • Members must maintain active VIP status throughout the promotion period (October 6, 2026 through the date the reward is fulfilled)

  • Coaches are excluded from participation in this promotion

 

 

2. REWARDS

Participants who successfully refer 1 or more new VIP sales will receive:

  1. 25% referral bonus: earn a 25% referral bonus for each VIP start sale.  To receive the bonus, participants must provide Paypal account information for bonus distribution.  This is not in addition to any Ambassador bonuses paid.

Participants who successfully refer 5 new VIP sales will receive:

  1. Protein Plus: One (1) bag of FASTer Way’s premium protein supplement 

Participants who successfully refer 11 new VIP sales will receive:

  1. Exclusive Invitation: An exclusive invitation to the FASTer Way New App Launch Party in New York City, scheduled for January 2027 (exact dates and venue to be announced separately)

  2. Travel Reimbursement: $500 USD in travel reimbursement to cover eligible travel expenses (flights, hotel, ground transportation, and meals as specified in reimbursement guidelines)

 

 

3. HOW TO QUALIFY

Qualification Requirements

Earn an exclusive invitation to the FASTer Way New App Launch Party by referring 11 (eleven) new VIP sales during the promotion period of October 6, 2026 through January 5, 2027.

Referral Requirements

  • Referred sales must be attributed to the referring member's account

  • Refunds will be subtracted from the participant's total referral count. If a referred member requests a refund, that sale will not count toward the 11-referral qualification requirement

  • Only completed, non-refunded sales count toward qualification

Verification

  • FASTer Way will verify all qualifying referrals in its systems

  • Referral counts will be finalized on January 10, 2027

  • FASTer Way's records are the official source of referral data

4. EVENT DETAILS & CHANGES

FASTer Way may change or cancel the event date and/or location at any time. If changes occur, we'll notify participants by email with as much notice as possible. Participants can then choose to accept the new details, receive the $500 reimbursement instead, or decline. If the event is cancelled, qualified participants receive the $500 reimbursement.

 

 

5. IMAGE RIGHTS & PUBLICITY

By attending the event, you give FASTer Way the right to photograph, video, and audio record you and use your image, likeness, voice, and name in marketing materials, social media, website, and promotional content. You won't receive extra payment for this use beyond the event invitation and reimbursement. If you prefer not to be photographed, let us know at event check-in. FASTer Way is not obligated to use any photos or recordings.

 

 

6. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending the event, you assume all risks and agree that FASTer Way is not responsible for injuries, illness, property damage, travel accidents, or any other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. This waiver applies regardless of cause and is binding on your heirs and representatives.

You confirm that you are in good health and able to attend safely. FASTer Way does not provide medical services; you are responsible for your own health insurance and travel insurance.

 

 

7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • FASTer Way may verify your identity and VIP status. Participants who cheat, violate these rules, or engage in fraudulent activity may be disqualified.

  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • FASTer Way cannot guarantee your ability to attend due to visa, passport, or health issues beyond our control.

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes on the reward. FASTer Way will provide tax documentation as required.

  • FASTer Way may modify or cancel these rules and the promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

  • This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

 

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

FASTer Way's decisions regarding eligibility, referral counts, and rewards are final. If you have a dispute, contact [contact method to be specified] within 14 days with your account details, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

 

 

9. PRIVACY & DATA

FASTer Way collects personal information to administer this promotion and the event, handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
